• Regarding shipping & address changes:
I will be emailing everyone in ~August (when I start shipping orders) for any address updates!! Please do not worry about this now because I understand a lot can happen within the long production period.

What if I missed the preorder period?
• I will have after stock sales for the dolls once all preorders have been fulfilled! They will be in limited stock.
What are the Pre-order goods?
• Each doll will come with its own mini birth certificate. The pre-order specials are two 2”x2” Narumitsu stickers of their college years and trilogy outfits. The stretch goal for 100 orders is an acrylic keychain of Narumitsu in the Dual Destinies outfit; it will only be added to orders with a pair of dolls. Designs are posted on my social media.
What are the prices?
• Each doll is 45 USD and both dolls for 80 USD, not including shipping. Payment can be through PayPal or Card.

Where are you shipping from?
• I am currently based in Southern California, US but will be shipping internationally! All domestic orders will be shipped through USPS with 2-10 days for delivery.
• International orders will take an estimated 10-30 days for delivery. However, due to the pandemic and USPS restrictions, your package may take up to 3-5 months, especially with international shipping outside of the United States.
When are orders shipped out?
• Please refer to the timeline for an accurate schedule. If any problem arises, I will be making updates under the About page of the Carrd as well as my social medias.
Are these dolls limited?
There is no limit on preorders but I will not be reprinting after this batch so this will be your only chance to grab them!
Will you make Apollo and Klavier dolls?
• I would love to make Klapollo dolls in the future once this project is done!!
